Project Status
The project was commenced and published in the Gazette on 12 April 2013.
The Government gazetted the resumption of land for implementation of the Project by Urban Renewal Authority on 6 March 2015. The land has been reverted to the Government on 6 June 2015.
Project Programme
Construction completed in 2020.
Redevelopment Proposal
The projected is implemented is accordance with the Urban Renewal Strategy (2011) which includes the flat-for flat options to be offered as an alternative options to cash compensate to domestic owner-occupiers. They can consider cash compensation or using it to buy a new flat-for-flat in- situ in the new development or in the same district or in Kai Tak Development.
