The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is inviting contractors to apply for pre-qualification for the Construction of 11-a-side Soccer Pitch at Shing Fung Road, Kai Tak for Project YTM-013 – Proposed Development at Sai Yee Street / Flower Market Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Construction of 11-a-side Soccer Pitch at Shing Fung Road, Kai Tak for Project YTM-013” and addressed to our consultant WT Partnership (HK) Limited at 10/F Pioneer Place, 33 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong attention to Mr. Ringo Lui with the soft copy of the duly completed reply form emailed to gladysyau@wtphk.com on or before 12:00 noon on 28 January 2026 (Wednesday).
