Invitation for Expression of Interest (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is currently compiling a list of domestic Electrical and ELV sub-contractors (“the List”) for inclusion in the tender document for the main contract for the superstructure and basement works for the proposed redevelopment project at Chun Tin Street/Sung Chi Street, Kowloon City. The tenderers of the said main contract will select their respective domestic electrical and ELV sub-contractors from the List.

Any interested party to be included in the List, please submit the duly completed pre-qualification form (“PQ Form”) (including Parts A, B, C and D) and the supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for the Electrical and ELV Installation under the Main Contract for the Superstructure and Basement Works for Proposed Redevelopment at Chun Tin Street/Sung Chi Street, Kowloon City” and addressed to the Authority’s consultant AECOM Cost Consulting (Hong Kong) Limited to the office at 9/F, Tower 2, Grand Central Plaza, 138 Shatin Rural Committee Road, Shatin, attention to Ms. Destiny Lun and email the softcopy of the duly completed PQ form to destiny.lun@aecom.com on or before 5:00 p.m. on 8 July 2022. Late submissions shall not be considered.
