The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting consultants to apply for pre-qualification for the quantity surveying consultancy services for Tseung Kwan O Area 137 Site PU1 & 2 – Phase 1 Development.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) together with necessary information and supporting documents in an envelope with subject marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Quantity Surveying Consultancy Services for Tseung Kwan O Area 137 Site PU1 & 2 – Phase 1 Development” and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” and email the soft copy of the duly completed reply form together with necessary information and supporting documents to JCHLau@ura.org.hk on or before 12:00 noon on 13 April 2026 (Monday).
