Invitation for Expression of Interest (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting contractors to apply for pre-qualification for Underground Utilities Diversion Works for Project KC-018 at Ming Lun Street/ Ma Tau Kok Road, Kowloon City, Kowloon and Project KC-019 at To Kwa Wan Road/ Ma Tau Kok Road, Kowloon City, Kowloon.  

For interested contractor, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope with subject marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Underground Utilities Diversion Works for Projects KC-018 and KC-019”and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” and email the soft copy of the duly completed reply form and supporting documents to dpwip@ura.org.hk on or before 12:00 noon on 4 May 2026 (Monday). Late submissions will not be considered.
