The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is inviting contractors to apply for pre-qualification for the Timber Mock-up Fitting Out Works for Project KC-015 – Proposed Development at Kai Tak Road/ Sa Po Road, Kowloon.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents to our consultant Arcadis Hong Kong Limited via email at kc015@arcadis.com and attention to Mr. Paul Lo with subject marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Timber Mock-up Fitting Out for Project KC-015 – Proposed Development at Kai Tak Road/ Sa Po Road, Kowloon” on or before 12:00 noon on 7 September 2026 (Monday).
