The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is inviting contractors to apply for pre-qualification for the Main Contract for Flower Market 2.0 (“FM2.0”) Construction at the Site B(II) at Flower Market Road, Mong Kok for Project YTM-013 – Proposed Development at Sai Yee Street / Flower Market Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Main Contract for Flower Market 2.0 Construction at the Site B(II) at Flower Market Road, Mong Kok for Project YTM-013” and addressed to our consultant Rider Levett Bucknall Limited (“RLB”) at 15/F The Bay Hub, 17 Kai Cheung Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong attention to Mr. Eric Yu with the soft copy of the duly completed reply form emailed to rlb-ytm013@hk.rlb.com on or before 12:00 noon on 22 May 2026 (Friday).
