Invitation for Expression of Interest (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is currently shortlisting building surveying and architectural consultancy firms in providing services for carrying out a feasibility study of regularisation of subdivided units.

Please submit the duly completed "Expression of Interest Form" (click here) in an envelope marked "Expression of Interest for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Carrying Out of Feasibility Study of Regularisation of Subdivided Units” and address it to Peter Wong, General Manager of Building Rehabilitation Division, to the URA office at Unit 1001, 10/F, Tower 2, Cheung Sha Wan Plaza, 833 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon by 12:00 noon on 4 August 2021 (Wednesday).  Late submission will not be accepted.

This invitation shall not in any way be construed as an offer of appointment or an invitation to submit quotations by the URA. Should any person have any queries regarding the above, please contact Mr. Ho on 2588 3642 during the office hours (Mon - Fri: 8:45am - 12:30pm & 1:30pm - 6:00pm).

 

Shops of Kowloon City Road / Sheung Heung Road Project – 66-82 Kowloon City Road, Ma Tau Kok

 

Kowloon City Road / Sheung Heung Road Project (the Project) with a total saleable shop floor area of about 13,900 sq. ft., comprising three levels with shop units ranging from 370 sq.ft. to 3,138 sq.ft., will be completed by 2021.

In order to retain the local characters of the area where the Project is located, more considerations will be given to those trades with higher degree of local characters or support to local livelihood, in the selection of future tenants for the shop units.
