The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting consultants to apply for pre-qualification for the comprehensive design consultancy services for Residential Care Home for the Elderly for Project BLS at Bailey Street/ Chi Kiang Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed reply form (including Parts A, B, C and D) together with necessary information and supporting documents in an envelope with subject marked “Application for Pre-qualification for the Comprehensive Design Consultancy Services for Residential Care Home for the Elderly for Project BLS at Bailey Street/ Chi Kiang Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon” and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” and email the soft copy of the duly completed reply form and supporting documents to jhcchong@ura.org.hk on or before 12:00 noon on 22 June 2026 (Monday).
