Urban Renewal Authority is currently shortlisting tenderers for the foundation, ELS, pile cap, road improvement and utilities diversion works for the proposed development at Chun Tin Street/Sung Chi Street, Kowloon City.

Please submit the duly completed pre-qualification form (“PQ Form”) (including Parts A, B  C and D) and the supporting documents in an envelope marked “Pre-qualification for the Foundation, ELS, Pile Cap, Road Improvement and Utilities Diversion Works for Proposed Development at Chun Tin Street/Sung Chi Street, Kowloon City” and address to our consultant AECOM Cost Consulting (Hong Kong) Limited to the office at 9/F, Tower 2, Grand Central Plaza, 138 Shatin Rural Committee Road, Shatin, attention to Mr Robert Sheun and email the softcopy to robert.shuen@aecom.com by 5:00 p.m. on 14 May 2021. Late submissions after the above-mentioned deadline shall not be considered.

Urban Renewal Authority ("URA") is currently shortlisting consultants for the provision of Sales Consultancy for Disposal of Reserved Flats of Project DL-1:SSP – Astoria Crest.

Interested party is required to submit a duly completed "Pre-Qualification" form (including Parts A, B and C) and supporting documents in an envelope marked "Pre-Qualification for Provision of Sales Consultancy for Disposal of Reserved Flats of Project DL-1:SSP – Astoria Crest" for the attention of Mr. Norman Kwok, Manager of Property and Land Division, Urban Renewal Authority by either deposit to URA’s Headquarters at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong or facsimile to 2588 2509, by 5:00 p.m. on 10 May 2021. Late submission of Pre-Qualification will not be considered.

Shops of Kowloon City Road / Sheung Heung Road Project – 66-82 Kowloon City Road, Ma Tau Kok

 

Kowloon City Road / Sheung Heung Road Project (the Project) with a total saleable shop floor area of about 13,900 sq. ft., comprising three levels with shop units ranging from 370 sq.ft. to 3,138 sq.ft., will be completed by 2021.

In order to retain the local characters of the area where the Project is located, more considerations will be given to those trades with higher degree of local characters or support to local livelihood, in the selection of future tenants for the shop units.
