Tender Invitation Notice (Others)
The Urban Renewal Authority ("the Authority") would like to invite submission of tenders for the provision of services for Workday system implementation review & cost-benefit analysis framework proposal of the Authority.
Interested parties can bring their company chop and business card for the collection of the “Invitation to Tender” document (“the Document”) during the office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:00pm) at the following office of the Authority:
26/F, COSCO Tower,
183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong
Tenders must be deposited in the Authority’s designated tender box located at the aforesaid address not earlier than 8:45a.m., 29 April 2026 and or before 12:00 noon on 4 May 2026. Late tender submissions will not be accepted.
The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender.

Interested parties please contact Ms. Cheung of the Authority’s broker consultant, Mercer (Hong Kong) Limited, via email at Connie.Cheung@MercerMarshBenefits.com and copy to the Authority at procurement@ura.org.hk, to collect the “Invitation to tender” (“Document”) from today.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 12:00 noon, 27 April 2026 (“Closing Date”). Late submissions will not be considered. The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
