Tender Invitation Notice (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) would like to invite submission of quotation for providing the captioned goods.

Interested parties can bring along with your company chop and business card to collect the quotation document at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today OR contact Ms Melanie Law at 2588 2858 or MLYLaw@ura.org.hk to collect the quotation document by other electronics methods such as email or fax.

The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 8 January 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) invites submission of tenders for the provision of consultancy services in relation to general insurance coverage. 

Interested parties can bring their company chops and business cards for collection of the “Invitation to Tender” document (“the Document”) during office hours at the following office of the Authority:

26/F, COSCO Tower,

183 Queen’s Road Central,

Hong Kong

Tenders must be deposited in the Authority’s tender box located at the aforesaid address no later than 12:00 noon, 16 January 2026 (Friday).  Late tender submissions will not be accepted.  The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any tender.
