The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is currently inviting submission of quotation for providing the captioned services.
Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the name card of contact person to collect the quotation document at the Authority’s office on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today OR contact Ms Melanie Law at 2588 2858 or MLYLaw@ura.org.hk to collect the quotation document by other electronic methods such as email or fax.
The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 2 April 2025. Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the business name card of a contact person to collect the “Invitation to Quotation” document (the “Document”) from the Authority’s office on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.
The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 10 April 2025 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

Interested parties please complete a registration form which can be downloaded from our designated link (please click here for the link) and submitted it by email to ikc-015@ura.org.hk. The deadline for registration is 5:00 pm, 8 April 2025 (Hong Kong time).
Upon successful registration, an account will be created for access to the Authority’s electronic tendering platform for the captioned tendering exercise (“iKC-015 eTender Box”). The “Invitation to tender” document (“Document”) can be downloaded from the iKC-015 eTender Box from today. Hard copy of the Document will not be issued. Interested parties are reminded to allow sufficient time to register and prepare tender submission.
Tenderers must submit its tender in electronic format via the iKC-015 eTender Box. The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 9 April 2025 (Hong Kong time) (“Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. Tenderers shall ensure that data transmission is completed on or before the Closing Date. The Authority is not bound to accept a tender with the lowest fee quote or the highest combined score or any tender.
