The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is currently inviting submission of quotation for providing the captioned services.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the name card of the contact person to collect the quotation document at the Authority’s office on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today OR contact Ms Melanie Law at 2588 2858 or MLYLaw@ura.org.hk to collect the quotation document by other electronics methods such as email or fax.

The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 1 June 2023. Late submission will not be considered.  The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.

The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 5 June 2023 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. 

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the Authority’s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority’s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority’s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is currently inviting submission of tender for the provision of the captioned consultancy services.

Interested parties please bring along your company chop and the name card of a contact person to collect the “Invitation to tender” document (“the Document”) from the URA’s headquarter office on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong, from 7 February 2023 (Tuesday). Interested party is required to submit the required documents in an envelope marked “Provision of Proof of Concept on Generative Design Service” for the attention of Mr. Lawrence Mak, General Manager of Planning & Design, Urban Renewal Authority and deposit to the above office, by 12:00 noon, 24 February 2023 (Friday, extended). Late submission will not be considered.
