Tender Invitation Notice (Others)

The Urban Renewal Authority (“Authority”) is currently inviting submission of tenders for providing the captioned services.

Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the name card of your contact person to collect the “Invitation to tender” document (“Document”) at the Authority’s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority’s office hours (Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 6:00pm) from today.

The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 8 April 2026 (“Closing Date”).  Late submission of tender will not be accepted. Tenders not submitted in the manner as stipulated in the Document may not be accepted.  The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.

In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of the public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority's office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority's office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before the Closing Date on the Authority's website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.

The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 19 March 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
