Our People Development Programmes empower our people to excel in their current roles and across the market. We offer a variety of initiatives, including High Calibre Programme to build a robust leadership pipeline; as well as Job Rotation and Job Enhancement Programmes to facilitate upskilling and reskilling. Sponsorship will also be provided for external training programmes and award-bearing programmes to support employees in pursuing academic and professional qualifications.
