Project Status
The project was commenced on 19 December 2013.
No objection to the project was received by the URA during the two-month publication period (19 December 2013 to 19 February 2014).
SDEV has considered the project and authorized the URA to proceed with the project on 24 May 2014.
Land of the project has been reverted to the Government.
Demolition work of existing buildings were completed. This project was combined with KC-011 for development.
Project Programme
Targeted completion by 2026/2027.
More Information
The project is implemented is accordance with the Urban Renewal Strategy (2011) which includes the flat-for-flat options as an alternative option to cash compensation to domestic owner-occupiers. They can consider cash compensation or using it to buy a new flat-for-flat in-situ in the new development or in the same district or in Kai Tak Development.
