Project Status

Project commencement was gazetted on 28 July 2017.

The Secretary for Development (SDEV) has considered the project and the related information and authorized the URA to proceed with the project without any amendment on 13 March 2018. The SDEV’s decision was first published in the Gazette on 23 March 2018.

Land of the project has been reverted to the Government.

Project Programme

Targeted completion by 2026/27.

More Information

The project is implemented in accordance with the Urban Renewal Strategy (2011) which includes the flat-for-flat options as an alternative option to cash compensation to domestic owner-occupiers. They can consider cash compensation or using it to buy a new flat-for-flat in-situ in the new development in the same district, or at available site(s).
