Project Status

Project commencement was gazetted on 22 June 2018.

The Secretary for Development (SDEV) has considered the project and the related information and, on 18 February 2019, authorized the URA to proceed with the project without any amendment. The SDEV's decision was first published in the Gazette on 1 March 2019.

Land of the project has been reverted to the Government.

Demolition works of existing building were completed.

Construction works in progress.

Project Programme

Project commenced in June 2018.

Authorization by Secretary for Development (SDEV) in March 2019.

Targeted completion by 2027/28

Proposed Redevelopment

The URA's initial proposal is to redevelop the project to provide small to medium sized residential units above commercial / retail podium at the lower floors.
