Project Status
The Project was commenced on February 10, 2012.
The URA received objections to the project during the two-month publication period (from February 10, 2012 to April 10, 2012).
SDEV has considered the project and authorized the URA to proceed with the project on 30 October 2012.
Occupation Permit was obtained in March 2023.
Certificate of Compliance was obtained in July 2023.
Project completed in 2023.
Project under New URS – Flat-for-Flat Initiatives
The Reclamation Street / Shantung Street project is implemented in accordance with the newly promulgated "Urban Renewal Strategy" ("URS") which includes the flat-for-flat option to be offered as an alternative option to cash compensation to the domestic owner-occupiers. They can consider taking cash compensation or using it to buy a new flat-for-flat in-situ in the new development or in the same district or in the Kai Tak development.
