Invitation to tender for development of San Shan Road/Pau Chung Street Project in Ma Tau Kok
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (Monday) invited a total of 19 property developers to tender for the residential-cum-commercial development of San Shan Road/Pau Chung Street project in Ma Tau Kok. With a site area of about 1,170 square metres, the project occupies a corner site abutting San Shan Road and Pau Chung Street in Ma Tau Kok. The project is planned to deliver a total gross floor area of about 10,534 square metres for an estimated total of 144 residential units, together with the provision of commercial space of about 1,756 square metres. URA issues conditional offers to owners of Kai Ming Street demand-led redevelopment project
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (Tuesday) issued conditional acquisition offers to property owners affected by the Kai Ming Street demand-led redevelopment project in To Kwa Wan, Kowloon. Eligible owner-occupiers of domestic properties of Nos. 41 - 51 Kai Ming Street (odd numbers) are offered $10,968 per square foot of saleable area which is equivalent to the unit rate of a notional replacement flat of seven-year-old situated in similar locality and of similar size. Details of the conditional offers are spelt out in letters to owners of 49 property interests who will have 75 days to consider and accept the offers. Shun Ning Road development project in Sham Shui Po received 4 tender offers
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (Friday) announced that a total of four tender offers have been received for the residential-cum-commercial development of Shun Ning Road project in Sham Shui Po. A tender review panel will consider the tenders received and make recommendation to the URA Board for a decision on the award of a development agreement in respect of this project. Earlier, the URA asked 16 developers to submit a tender for the development after they had put forward their expressions of interest. Property acquisition for Kai Ming Street demand-led redevelopment project to start soon
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) will issue conditional acquisition offers to property owners affected by the Kai Ming Street demand-led redevelopment project in To Kwa Wan early next month, following its advanced commencement in December 2013 under the third-round demand-led pilot scheme scheduled for implementation in the Authority's 2014/15 Business Plan. Invitation for Expression of Interest for Development of Kwun Tong Town Centre Project
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) will invite interested parties to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the development of a residential-cum-retail and commercial project in two designated development areas of its mega-scale Kwun Tong Town Centre project starting from tomorrow (Tuesday). The project is the largest redevelopment project ever undertaken by the Authority since its establishment. The two areas being put up for development are Development Areas 2 and 3 which occupy a site of about 21,754 square metres bounded by Yue Man Square, Hong Ning Road, Mut Wah Street and Hip Wo Street in Kwun Tong. URA commences the 16th redevelopment project in Sham Shui Po
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (Friday) kicked off the planning procedure of a development project at Castle Peak Road/Un Chau Street in Sham Shui Po, commencing the 16th redevelopment project initiated by the Authority in addition to four demand-led redevelopment projects now under way in the district. 23 Expression of Interest Submissions received for Development of San Shan Road/Pau Chung Street Project in Ma Tau Kok
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) received a total of 23 Expressions of Interest for the residential-cum-commercial development of San Shan Road/Pau Chung Street project in Ma Tau Kok when the invitation for submission closed today (Monday). A tender review panel under the URA Board will shortlist qualified companies and invite them to submit tenders for the development project. The tender exercise will take place in the near future. With a site area of about 1,170 square metres, the project occupies a corner site abutting San Shan Road and Pau Chung Street in Ma Tau Kok. URA statement: Arrangements for relocation of fixed stall operators at Mut Wah Street and Hip Wo Street bazaars
To tie in with the development of the Kwun Tong Town Centre project of the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), the fixed stall operators of the temporary bazaars at Mut Wah Street and Hip Wo Street in Kwun Tong will be relocated to the interim bazaar being built by the URA at the former Kwun Tong Central Government Offices in March / April this year. The new interim market provides much better facilitates for business than the existing bazaar and is indeed very close to the MTR Kwun Tong Station. Currently there are 112 licensed fixed stall operators at the two bazaars and 7 licensed on-street operators in the redevelopment area.
