URA Commences Flat Sale of eResidence Tower 3 “Starter Homes” Project on 18 March 2024

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) will commence the sale of 260 units at eResidence Tower 3, a URA Starter Homes (SH) for Hong Kong Residents Project on 18 March 2024.

The URA will invite eligible applicants for flat selection by mail in batches according to the order of their priority numbers assigned earlier.  The first batch of eligible applicants will be able to select their preferred units that are available for purchase at the sales office located at Shop 6, G/F, “The Harmonie”, 233 Castle Peak Road in Cheung Sha Wan starting from 18 March 2024. 

Eligible applicants and all adult members (aged 18 or above) listed in their applications should bring along the invitation letter for flat selection (Invitation Letter), together with all required documents listed in the Invitation Letter, to the Registration Venue on the assigned date (Date of Sale) and time (Registration Time) for the purchase of SH units.  The Registration Venue is Shop 6, G/F, “The Harmonie”, 233 Castle Peak Road in Cheung Sha Wan.  

Eligible applicants who are not available at the assigned Date of Sale or Registration Time should call the “eResidence Tower 3” enquiry hotline: 3897 3533 before 6 p.m. on any working days prior to or on the assigned Date of Sale to arrange a postponement.  Failure to follow the above arrangements or arrive at the Registration Venue by 6 p.m. on the assigned Date of Sale will result in the loss of eligibility for flat selection.

All SH units at eResidence Tower 3 for sale in March 2024 will be sold at prices according to the “Price List No.1” issued on 26 September 2023.  The purchase prices, determined as 78% of the Assessed Market Value (i.e. a discount rate of 22%) at that time, will remain unchanged.  Based on the latest Assessed Market Value in early March 2024, the actual discount rate of the SH units at eResidence Tower 3 is approximately 13%. 

The latest updates of the above sales arrangements, payment terms and price list for eResidence Tower 3 will be uploaded to the eResidence Tower 3 website (www.eresidencet3.hk) and the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Electronic Platform (www.srpe.gov.hk), in accordance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance for public perusal.
