URA Announces Tender Amounts of Unsuccessful Submissions for Shing Tak Street / Ma Tau Chung Road Development Project
The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (5 April 2024) announced on an anonymous basis the tender amounts submitted by the conforming but unsuccessful tenderers for the Shing Tak Street / Ma Tau Chung Road Development Project (the Project) in Kowloon City.
The URA had earlier invited tender submissions for the Project and announced on 14 December 2023 the award of the development contract. After the signing of the development agreement with the successful tenderer, the URA announced, in descending order and on an anonymous basis, the following tender amounts offered by the remaining five conforming but unsuccessful tenderers:
