8 Tenders Received for URA’s Kowloon City Road/Sheung Heung Road Project in Ma Tau Kok

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (Tuesday) announced that a total of eight tender offers have been received for Kowloon City Road/Sheung Heung Road Project in Ma Tau Kok.

A tender review panel will consider the tenders received and make recommendation to the URA Board for a decision on the award of a development agreement.

Earlier, the URA invited 29 property developers to tender for the project after their submissions of expression of interest.

The project site covers an area of about 1,384 square metres.  Upon completion, it is planned to provide about 216 residential units with a total residential gross floor area of about 10,380 square metres and 2,076 square metres of commercial gross floor area.
