Invitation for Expressions of Interest for Development of Hai Tan Street demand-led project in Sham Shui Po

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) will invite interested developers to submit Expressions of Interest for the development of the Nos. 205 - 211A Hai Tan Street demand-led redevelopment project in Sham Shui Po tomorrow (Thursday).

The project is one of the demand-led redevelopment projects under the first round of the pilot scheme and the site covers an area of about 423 square metres. Upon completion, it is planned to provide about 69 residential units with a total residential gross floor area of about 3,170 square metres and 396 square metres of commercial gross floor area.

Developers interested in the development are requested to substantiate their development experience and financial capability to undertake the development in accordance with the requirements and criteria set by the URA.

All Expressions of Interest should be submitted to the URA Headquarters at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, by 12:00 noon on 7 October 2015 (Wednesday).

A tender review panel under the URA Board will shortlist qualified companies and invite them to submit tenders for the development later.
