20 Tenders Received for URA’s Pak Tai Street/San Shan Road Project in Ma Tau Kok

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (Tuesday) announced that a total of 20 tender offers have been received for the Pak Tai Street/San Shan Road Project in Ma Tau Kok.

A tender review panel will consider the tenders received and make recommendation to the URA Board for a decision on the award of a development agreement.

Earlier, the URA invited 32 property developers to tender for the project after their submissions of expression of interest.

The project site covers an area of about 1,087 square metres. Upon completion, it is planned to provide about 160 residential units with a total residential gross floor area of about 8,152 square metres and 1,631 square metres of commercial gross floor area.
