The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons / organizations/ charities to express their interest for the following premises.

Interested parties are required to complete the Expression of Interest, place it in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential" and "Urban Renewal Authority Project SSP/1/001-002 - Expression of Interest". The envelope should be addressed to “Mr. Cheng Hin Kong, General Manager (Property and Land), Urban Renewal Authority” at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon on 15 January 2025 (Wednesday).

The above information is intended as an invitation for interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest and should not be construed as an invitation or offer made by the Urban Renewal Authority.

Remarks:

1. “As-is” handover condition, approximate Floor Area for reference only, subject to on-site measurement.
2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licences, the applicant should include in the technical proposal: (i) how to satisfy licence requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the conservation building.

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons / organizations to express their interest for the following premises.

In determining the rental level for the above-said premises, URA would make reference to the market rental level and consider other commercial/social factors.
