Chevalier International Holdings Limited and Golden Code Development Limited win URA Project at Chi Kiang Street/Ha Heung Road in To Kwa Wan

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) today (Monday) announced that a consortium consisting of Chevalier International Holdings Limited and Golden Code Development Limited has won the contract for the development project at Chi Kiang Street / Ha Heung Road in To Kwa Wan by public tender.

The project site is about 930 square metres and upon completion is expected to deliver a total gross floor area of about 8,380 square metres for an estimated total of 116 residential units, together with the provision of commercial space of about 1,400 square metres. The URA plans to provide about 50% of the total number of residential units in this project with a saleable area of about 46.5 square metres, i.e. about 500 square feet.

The consortium is one of the 10 tender submissions received for the above development project. The URA Board after careful consideration of all the tender submissions agreed that the offer made by the consortium met all the tender requirements and represented the best benefit to the Authority.

A spokesman for the URA said the Authority was pleased to have the opportunity to implement the project with Chevalier International Holdings Limited and Golden Code Development Limited, which have experience in delivering quality developments in Hong Kong.
