The Urban Renewal Authority (“the Authority”) is currently inviting contractors to apply for prequalification for Term Repair and Maintenance Works for 「煥然壹居」 at No. 3 Muk Chui Street, Kowloon, and “L‧Living 23” 「利‧晴灣」 at No. 23 Pine Street and No. 87 Oak Street, Kowloon.
For interested parties, please submit the duly completed pre-qualification form (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Term Repair and Maintenance Works for 「煥然壹居」 at No. 3 Muk Chui Street, Kowloon, and “L‧Living 23” 「利‧晴灣」 at No. 23 Pine Street and No. 87 Oak Street, Kowloon” and addressed to Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong or fax to 2588 2519 on or before 12:00 noon, 29 April 2024. Late submission will not be considered.
