The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is currently shortlisting consultancy firms in providing landscape architectural consultancy services for proposed development at Site 2 Tai Hang Sai Estate, Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon.

For interested parties, please submit the duly completed pre-qualification form (“PQ Form”) (including Parts A, B, C and D) and supporting documents in an envelope marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Landscape Architectural Consultancy Services for Proposed Development at Tai Hang Sai Estate, Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon” and addressed to “Mr. Anderson Leung, Director, Works and Contracts, Urban Renewal Authority at 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong” or fax to 2588 2519 on or before 2:00 p.m. on 8 July 2024 (Monday). Late submissions will not be considered.

Expression of Interest - 60 Staunton Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) invites persons / organizations to express their interest for the following premises.

Interested party may contact our leasing hotline at 2588 2233 / 2588 2288 during office hours (Mon-Fri: 8:45am – 12:30pm & 1:30pm – 6:00 pm) or email to leasing@mail1.ura.org.hk.

In determining the rental level for the above-said premises, URA would make reference to the market rental level and consider the limitation of historic building and other commercial/social factors.

Remarks:

1. “As-is” handover condition, approximate Floor Area for reference only, subject to on-site measurement.
2. If the applicant plans to use the premises for Food and Beverage or other uses which may require application of licenses, the applicant should include in the technical proposal: (i) how to satisfy license requirements; and (ii) how to ensure the operation/works can satisfy the fit-out guidelines of the building.
